Shipping Policy

All of our products are printed on demand just for you once an order is placed.

1. Processing & Production Time

• Production Time: 2 to 5 business days.

• This is the time it takes to print, quality-check, and package your order before it leaves the fulfillment facility.

• Note: Production times may extend slightly during peak holiday seasons.

2. Shipping & Transit Times

Once your order has been printed and packaged, standard shipping times apply:

• Domestic (US): 3 to 7 business days after production.

Please note: Total delivery time = Production Time + Transit Time.

3. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number as soon as your order leaves the print facility. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to update.

4. Split Shipments

If you order multiple different products (e.g., an agenda and a spiral notebook), they may be printed by different specialist print partners. As a result, your items may arrive in separate packages at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.
